ABOUT ME
I've got a passion for health; for everyone.

As our society has developed rapidly, we have become increasingly good at curing diseases, but not yet great at preventing chronic (lifestyle) diseases; such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity.

Most of us spend a large proportion of our time interacting with the built environment; at school, at work, at home, for leisure and for transport in between. My research interest lies in how the physical environment influences health, wellbeing, and performance. I look at how to create spaces to work, play, learn, and age that can support our health and wellbeing.
